I've had my fair share of Sushi in Utah. Granted, some sushi restaurants are better than others, but I've never really walked away from a sushi restaurant completely disappointed. From the outside looking in, Grove Market and Deli looks like your typical mom and pop corner store. Well, unless it's lunch time that is... Once noon rolls around, anyone who's in the mood to chow down on a sandwich made from their childhood dreams lines up at Grove's. Why? American Fork has a secret. It's called Flour Girls and Dough Boys (on 35 N. Barratt Ave. right next to the movie theater). You feel all special now that you're in on the secret, don't you? Well, I aim to please... keep reading, it just gets better. I promise. I've been to Flour Girls and Dough Boys twice now. Both times I got the Tomato Basil soup with something else. This is on my MUST VISIT list for next time I’m in Salt Lake! It sounds like the perfect place for lunch with friends. I’m craving a Turkey Avocado right now… Might be worth a field trip.
